Short Route via Ibaan Exit
The shorter route to Seawave Beach and Dive Resort is only recommended when there are no weather disturbances.
1. Take SLEX all the way to the end (do not take any exits) until you get to the Star Tollway.
2. On the Star Toll, take the Ibaan/San Jose Exit.
3. Turn left on the underpass towards Ibaan, immediately after the toll booth.
4. Go straight until you see the fork in the road, then turn left.
5. You should see a church on your left, and the city hall on your right.
6. Turn right at J. Pastor street on the corner. (Do not turn left, that will go to Laiya)
7. When you get to the cemetery, turn left.
8. Just keep following that main road.
9. You will descend towards Catandala river, pass through that spillway. You will see a statue of a guy on a horse.
10. Cross the spillway towards your left, and go up the steep road.
11. Just keep following that road for about 10-15 mins until you come to a sort of dead end/intersection (There's a lomi restaurant on that place).
12. Turn right.
13. Just keep going straight, until you get to the Fortune cement factory.
14. Once you pass that, go up the small incline on the right and immediately make a sharp turn to the road on your left. (Do not go towards Petron Gasoline it should be the other.) way.
15. Here you will hit a scenic road along the side of Mount Liguayen through a long zig-zagged road, which will take about 45 minutes, depending on how fast you go.
16. There is a checkpoint area installed towards Lobo, you need to show your vaccination card and your resort booking confirmation from Seawave Beach and Dive Resort.
17. When you get to the Lobo Poblacion, you will see Andoks on your right.
18. Turn left to the street at the corner of the "Tourism Pasalubong Center".
19. Go straight until you cross a huge bridge over the river. You will see the breath taking view of the Lobo mountain range and rice paddies on both sides of the road.
20. Just keep going straight for about 10-15 minutes drive, you will pass the rice farms, Sawang Barangay Hall and all the other resorts.
21. Before you reach Lat Sari-sari store and a small gasoline station. Seawave Beach and Dive Resort is on the right side of the road, you have reached your destination.
Longer Route via Batangas Exit
Take this route to Seawave Beach and Dive Resort during storm, heavy rains or flooding.
1. Take SLEX all the way to the end (do not take any exits) until you get to the Star Tollway.
2. On Star Toll, take the Batangas Exit.
3. Turn left on the rutonda towards Batangas City.
4. When you reach the Makro Warehouse at your left side in Batangas City, slow down. You will approach a fork road with a Rotary Lion sign, take the right side of the road. (This is a one-way road).
5. Turn left before the Municipal Hall plaza.
6. Take another left on the next intersection.
7. Look for the Don Ramos store on your right side, then take a right turn.
8. At this point follow the signboard that leads to Pontefino Hotel. After hitting the Pontefino Hotel just go straight and follow the main road.
9. When you see the Fortune Cement Plant on your left side slow down, and take a right turn. This main road will lead you to Dagatan.
