Standard Check-in and Check-out Time

Early check-in and late check-out is strictly subject to availability and charges may applied. For early check-in after 8:00AM or late check-out between 2:00PM to 4:00PM will be charged 30% of the published rate.
Pay at the Resort
must be fully settled upon check-in, in the amount indicated in the booking confirmation.
Note: Make sure to bring cash, most of the time the ATM machines around the area are unavailable.
Lost Keys
shall be charged PHP 500 for each keycard and PHP 1,500 for each metal key.
Swimming at the Beach
during high tide is dangerous, do not go swimming during this time and after sunset. Management will not be responsible for any accident.
Kids younger than 6 years old
should be always accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian anywhere in the resort.
Pets are allowed
but not inside the rooms make sure to bring dog leash. And if your dog poops, you scoop.
No Loud Noise or Nuisances
are allowed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Smoking in the Room
will be charged PHP 2,000 for cleaning fee. Please use the designated areas for smoking around the resort.
Cooking is not Allowed
our resort offers variety of food to be ordered and prepared by our staff.
Damage to any Items or Facility
will be charged for repair, cleaning or replacement of the damaged item of facility at 120% of the cost of the damaged item.

if you discover that you have left some valuable items behind, please contact us immediately at (0917) 339-8402.
Help our Environment
Do not throw plastic bag, bottle or coconut shell on the beach.
Conserve Water and Energy
